Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Payments & Renewals

  • Octopus SaaS operates on a subscription-based model. Payments are charged as per the selected plan.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
     

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users can cancel their subscription anytime through their account settings.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are provided.
     

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are generally not provided for subscription fees. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:

    • Duplicate charges

    • Failure to deliver promised features due to platform errors

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the charge.
