Platform Implementation Manager

The individual designated by your company to oversee and coordinate the transition to the Octopus platform, including data migration, system setup, training, and go-live activities. This role acts as the primary liaison during onboarding and implementation but does not imply legal, contractual, or data ownership authority.e of person representing the company for normal services.

Master Keyholder (Account Owner)

The Master Keyholder is the single, highest-authority individual designated by the company who retains ultimate legal and operational control over all data, access rights, permissions, and high-impact decisions within the Octopus platform.


Master Keyholder represents and warrants that they possess the legal authority to bind the company with respect to data ownership, access control, and system-level decisions. This role should be executed by an individual holding majority ownership, executive authority (such as President or Chief Executive Officer), or valid legal power of attorney on behalf of the company.
